摘要 利用紫外光谱,以曙红Y(Eos in Y)为探针,考察了稀土杂多配合物K15[C e(BW11O39)2].17H2O与牛血清白蛋白(BSA)间的作用,K15[C e(BW11O39)2].17H2O与Eos in Y在BSA上有竞争结合,表面活性剂对两者间的竞争结合有增敏作用;并利用荧光光谱直接考察了K15[C e(BW11O39)2].17H2O与BSA的相互作用及其对BSA构象的影响。 In this paper, the interaction between the rare earth salts of heteropoly acid, K15[Ce(BW11O39)2]·17H2O and bovine serum albumin (BSA) was studied with absorption and fluorescence spectroscopy. In absorption spectroscopy, Eosin Y, as a protein probe,had bound to BSA, and the addition of heteropoly acid partial exchange with the Eosin Y, which is an indication that heteropoly acid can easily bind with BSA. Moreover, we demonstrated that the fluorescence quenching of BSA by Ce(BW11)2 is a result of the formation of BSA- Ce(BW11)2 complex. The effect of Ce(BW11)2 on the conformation of BSA was analyzed using synchronous fluorescence spectroscopy.
