摘要
目的 建立地榆药材中乌索酸和齐墩果酸含量的测定方法。方法 用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Nova-Pak C18(3.9mm×300mm,4μm),流动相甲醇-水(88:12),检测波长210nm。流速0.8ml/min,柱温25℃。结果 乌索酸进样量在0.1062~1.593μ,齐墩果酸进样量在0.0406~0.609μg时呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率分别为99.73%茹97.59%,RSD分别为1.5%和1.7%。结论 方法灵敏、快速、准确,可用于地榆中乌索酸和齐墩果酸含量的测定。
Objective To develop an HPLC method for determination of ursolic acid and oleanolic acid in sanguisorba officinalis L. Methods Ursolic acid and oleanolic acid was separated and analyzed on Nova -Pak C18 column (3.9 mm × 300 mm, 4 μm) with methanol - water (88 : 12) as mobile phase at flow rate of 0.8 ml/min. UV detection was at 210 nm and the column temperature was 25℃. Results An average recovery of 99.73% was obtained with a RSD of 1.5% in the range of 0. 106 2 ~ 1. 593μg for ursolic acid. An average recovery of 97.59% was obtained with a RSD of 1.7% in the range of 0. 0406 ~0.609 μg for oleanolic acid. Conclusion The method was proved to be stable, fast, accurate and can be used for determination of ursolic acid and oleanolic acid in sanguisorba officinalis L..
