毛脉酸模根部大黄素和大黄酚含量的时空分布规律

摘要 目的 研究毛脉酸模根茎、根头部、根中部、根尖部、剩余根的大黄素和大黄酚含量的时空分布规律。方法 采用高效液相色谱法,测定其根中各个部位的大黄素和大黄酚的含量。结果 该植物中的两种生物活性成分表现明显的季节变化,大黄素的含量波动范围为0.01%~0.3%,而大黄酚含量在0.05%~0,9%之间变化。但它们在空间上无显著差异。结论 该研究为寻找毛脉酸模的最佳采收期及最佳药用部位提供了理论依据和实践指导。 Objective The paper deals with space-time distribution pattern of emodin and chrysophanol content in rhizome, root head, root central, root tip, surplus root in Rumex gmelini. Methods The content of emodin and chrysophanol in the parts of root were determined by HPLC. Results The two active constituents have changed obviously with different seasons. The extent of the content of emodin was from 0.01% to 0.3%. The extent of the content of chrysophanol was from 0.05% to 0.9%. But their spatial contents little effect. Condusion The study supplied basis of theory and direction of practice for searching the date of gathering and the parts of herb plant.
