通络益肾汤对链脲佐菌素诱导糖尿病肾病大鼠血浆一氧化氮影响的实验研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的观察通络益肾汤对链脲佐菌素(STZ)糖尿病肾病大鼠的疗效,探讨其可能的作用机理。方法采用STZ糖尿病肾病大鼠模型,分为正常组、病理组、通络益肾汤治疗组、西药治疗组(糖适平+洛汀新)。观察各组大鼠治疗前后血糖、血脂、肾功能(BUN、Scr)、血浆蛋白、血浆NO等指标的变化。结果与病理组比较,通络益肾汤治疗组大鼠一般状况改善较好,血糖升高不明显(P<0.05),血清BUN、Scr显著降低(P<0.01)、TG、TC降低,HDL升高,(P<0.01或P<0.05)。血浆NO含量明显升高(P<0.01)。通络益肾汤治疗组与西药组比较,各项指标无明显差异。结论通络益肾汤能延缓糖尿病肾病的病理进展,其作用机理可能与升高血浆NO水平有关。 Objective To observe the effects and the mechanism of Tong- Luo- Yi -Shen- Tang(TLYST) on the streptczotcin (STZ) -induced diabetic nephropathy rats. Methods The diabetic nephropathy animal model was induced by luing STZ. Rats were divided into normal group ( A group), model group ( B group), TLYST treatment group ( C group), Gliquidon and Lotensin control guoup( D group). Blood glucose levels, blood urea nitrogen ( BUN ), serum creatinine ( Scr), triglyceride ( TG ), cholestrol (CHO) ,high- density liprutein(HDL) and nitric oxide were measured. Results Compared with model group , blood glucose, BUN,Scr,TG,CHO decreased in C group (P 〈0.05 or P 〈0.01 ), nitric oxide,HDL were significantly improved ( P 〈 0.01 ) . Condusion TLYST could relieve and retard the progress of DN, It's mechanism may be correlating with increased the content of NO.
