饱和流出式固相萃取法测定逍遥丸中芍药苷的含量 被引量:6

摘要 目的 采用饱和流出式固相萃取(SPE-HPLC)法制备逍遥丸供试品溶液,用高效液相色谱法测定其中芍药苷的含量。方法 ZorbaxSB-C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),以乙腈-水(20:80)为流动相,流速为1ml/min。检测波长为230nm。结果 芍药苷的测定在0.1232~1.232μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999,平均回收率为99.16%,RSD为1.6%。结论 该方法简便快速、灵敏度高、有效除去药物基质保护色谱柱,可用于逍遥丸中芍药苷的含量测定。 Objective To develop saturated flow-through SPE-HPLC method for the assay of Peoniflorin in XiaoYao pill. Methods Separation was performed on a ZorbaxSB-C18 column(4.6 mm ×250 mm ,5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile - water(20: 80,v/v). The flow rate was 1 ml/min. The UV detection was set at 230 nm. Results Peoniflorin had a good linear relationship in the range of 0. 123 2 ~1. 232 μg,the average recovery of XiaoYao pill was 99.16% and the RSD was 1.6%. Conclusion The method is simple , sensitive and rapid , and reduce the damage of base material to the chromatographic column , it can be applied to the determination of peoniflorin in XiaoYao Pill.
