养心调肝益肾煎剂对去势雄鼠性活动及阴茎一氧化氮含量的影响

Effects of YXTGYS Decoction on Sexual Activity and NO Content of Penis in Castrated Male Rats

目的研究养心调肝益肾煎剂和调节“心-肝-肾”生殖轴对去势雄鼠性活动、阴茎海绵体内皮细胞一氧化氮(NO)含量的影响。方法手术去势造模,造模后第8天对不同实验组分别灌喂生理盐水(NS)、养心调肝益肾煎剂(YXT-GYS)、男宝(Nanbao)混悬液,用药21 d后观察去势雄鼠的性活动,并测定去势雄鼠阴茎海绵体内皮细胞NO的含量。结果男宝组与去势对照组及正常对照组之间的嗅舔次数、爬背次数及NO含量比较无显著性差异;养心调肝益肾煎剂1、2组之间的嗅舔次数、爬背次数及NO含量比较也无显著性差异,但明显高于男宝组的嗅舔次数、爬背次数及NO含量(P<0.05);养心调肝益肾煎剂1(或2)组各项指标均明显高于去势对照组,两者之间有显著性差异(P<0.05);养心调肝益肾煎剂2组各项指标还明显高于正常对照组,两者之间有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论养心调肝益肾煎剂调节阴茎勃起功能的疗效明显优于男宝。

Objective To investigate the effects of YXTGYS Decoction and adjusting heart - liver - kidney reproductive axis on sexual activity and NO content of endothelium cell of penial corpus cavernosum in the castrated male rats. Methods On the 8th day after making castrated model rats by operation, we respectively fed NS, YXTGYS, Nanbao mixed liquid into the stomaches of the different groups of male rats for 21 days. Afterwards,sexual activity and attached NO content of endothelium cell of penial corpus cavernosum were obverved. Results All items （smelling and lapping,crawling backs, NO content）of Nanbao group were not significant different comparing with the castrated and normal control group. All these items of YXTGYS groupl were not significandy different comparing with YXTGYS group2, but these items significantly increased compared to Nanbao group（ P 〈0.05 ）3. All these items of YXTGYS groupl （or group2） were higher than those of the castrated control group and there were significant difference between the two groups（P 〈0.05）. All items of YXTGYS group2 were higher than those of the normal control group and there were significant difference between the two groups（P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion YXTGYS is significantly higher than Nanbao on the curative effect of adjusting sexual function.
