黄芩及粘毛黄芩种子形态的电镜扫描比较

Electron Microscopic Scanning Studies on the Semens of Scutelleria baicalensis Georgi and Scutellaria viscidula

目的为准确鉴别黄芩和粘毛黄芩种子提供形态学依据。方法采用扫描电镜法对两黄芩种子种表面超微特征进行比较观察,对其进行鉴别。结果黄芩与粘毛黄芩种子之间在种皮表面超微结构特征上具有明显差别,可用于鉴别。结论利用扫描电镜可以有效鉴别两种黄芩种子。

Objective To provid a morphology characteristics evidence for the identification of the seeds of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi and Scutellaria viscidula. Methods Scanning electron microscope （SEM） were used to identify the two kinds of seeds. Results It showed that the seeds of Scutellaria baicalensis G-corgi differed from the seeds of Scutellaria viscidula in the super microstructure of the surface. Conclusion SEM is an effective method to identify the two kinds of seeds.
