摘要
目的观察甘草酸对小鼠哮喘的防治作用及对哮喘小鼠的血清IgE和IL-4的影响。方法建立小鼠哮喘模型,观察甘草酸对小鼠哮喘模型及哮喘小鼠血清IgE和IL-4影响。结果甘草酸治疗后与哮喘组小鼠相比较小鼠肺组织的炎症病理变化明显减轻,血清IgE和IL-4的水平均降低。结论甘草酸具有免疫抑制作用,可能通过调节机体的免疫功能,而发挥其抗支气管哮喘免疫炎症反应。
Objective To explore the effect of glycyrrhizin on mice model of bronchial asthma and serum IgE and IL-4 . Methods The mice model of bronchial asthma was built up. The effect of glycyrrhizin on mice model of bronchial asthma were observed, and the level of serum IgE and IL-4 were tested. Results Compared with the model group, decreased in the group of glycyrrhizln inflammatary cells infiltration in pulmonary tissue slices of tiny bronchial wall and serum IgE and IL-4 level. Conclusion Glycyrrhizin have immunosuppressive action, and can inhibit bronchial asthma immuno - inflammation by regulating organism immune function.
