摘要
目的通过实验研究癌痛宁巴布剂苦参碱含量测定方法,建立制剂质量标准,确保制剂质量。方法采用反相高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定制剂中苦参碱含量。结果方法稳定、可靠,其中苦参碱平均回收率为95.44%(RSD=2.20%)。结论该方法可作癌痛宁巴布剂的质量标准。
Objectlve Experimental study on quality standard of Ai-tong Ning. Methods The content of matrineas in Ai - tong Ning was determined by RP - HPLC. Results The quality standard study indicated that the method is sensitive, reproducible and proprietary. The average recovery was 95.44% （RSD =2.20% ） for Matrine. Conclusion The new method can be used as quality standard of Ai-tong Ning.
