摘要
目的对13种伞形科中药的抗超氧阴离子(O2-)能力进行了研究。方法采用黄嘌呤-黄嘌呤氧化酶-鲁米诺化学发光体系测定了中药乙醇提取物对O2-自由基的清除作用。结果羌活对超氧自由基清除能力最强。结论13种伞形科中药对超氧自由基均有清除作用。提取液的加入量与抑制O2-自由基的能力呈现明显量-效关系。
Objective The ability of antioxidation for 13 kinds of Umbelliferae has been studied. Methods The antioxidant activitise of the ethanol extractions of 13 Umbelliferac Chinese herb medicine were measured by chemiluminescence. Results The ability that scavenges superoxide radical(02) was Notopterygium forbesii Boiss, Conclusion 13 kinds of UnbeUiferae Chinese herb medicines can scavenge superoxide radical.
