双黄连粉针与4种输液配伍的不溶性微粒考察 被引量:18

摘要 目的考察双黄连粉针与4种输液配伍后的不溶性微粒变化情况。方法利用ZWF-4D型注射液微粒检测仪测定双黄连粉针与4种输液配伍前后的不溶性微粒数目。结果各配伍液中≥25μm,≥10μm,≥5μm,≥2μm的不溶性微粒均有增加,不同直径的不溶性微粒增加的程度有别。结论应重视药物配伍后不溶性微粒增多与输液不良反应间的关系。 Objective To investigate the changes of insoluble particles of Shuanghuanglian for injection mixed with four kind of transfusion fluid. Methods The amount of insoluble particles was detected before and after mixed Shuanghuanglian for injection with transfusion fluid with ZWF-4D particle counter. Results Four kinds of mixture g particles of ≥25μm,≥10μm,≥5μm,≥2μm increased, the increased amount was variant according to the diameter of insoluble particles. Conclusion It should be paid great attention to the increase of insoluble particles after mixed, as well as the relationship between the insoluble particles and adverse reactions.
