摘要 为提高利用ANSYS进行弯管缺陷超声导波数值模拟的分析效率,简化操作程序,在ANSYS平台上,利用其固有的参数化设计语言APDL进行二次开发,编制了一套参数化弯管缺陷导波检测模块。利用此套模块可以方便快捷地进行基于ANSYS的弯管缺陷导波检测的数值模拟。整个过程完全实现了参数化建模、加载和后处理,从而减少了前后处理时间,提高了分析效率,并通过试验证明了此套模块的有效性。 For improving the analysis efficiency of simulation of detection defect in curved pipes using ultrasonic guided waves based on ANSYS software, a set of modules are designed with ANSYS parameter design language (APDL). The detection defect in curved pipes using guided waves can be simulated with the modules. Modeling, loading, and post--analysis can be performed by inputing concerned parameters, so the analysis efficiency can be greatly improved. The modules are verified by the consistency of the results between experiments and simulations.
