妊娠期高血压疾病与胎盘细胞凋亡研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 妊娠期高血压疾病病因不明。机体的正常发育有赖于细胞增殖与凋亡的平衡,细胞凋亡过快或不足都会导致疾病的发生。近来研究发现胎盘细胞凋亡在妊娠期高血压疾病的发病中起着重要作用,细胞凋亡失衡可能为妊娠期高血压疾病的病因之一。该文综述了胎盘细胞凋亡在正常妊娠与妊娠期高血压疾病中的观察,导致妊娠期高血压疾病胎盘细胞凋亡失衡的因素及作用机制,妊娠期高血压疾病胎盘细胞凋亡与免疫的关系,与粘附分子、基因的关系及有关的研究,并阐述了妊娠期高血压疾病细胞凋亡的研究前景。 The etiology of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy remains unclear. The normal development of an organism depends upon balance between proliferation and apoptosis of the cells. Acceleration or insufficiency of apoptosis of the cells will lead to occurrence of illness. Recently scholars found that apoptosis of placental cells plays an important role in development of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy. The imbalance of apoptosis of placental cells may be one of etiological factors of the disease. In this axticle, we reviewed the relevant researches on apoptosis of placental cells in normal pregnancy and hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy, factors to cause imbalance of apoptosis of placental cells in hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy and their mechanisms, and relationship between apoptosis of placental cells in hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy and immunology, adhesive molecules and genes. As well, we prospected the research on apoptosis of placental cells in hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.
