母胎界面人巨细胞病毒免疫逃逸机制研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 人巨细胞病毒与人类免疫系统共同进化,机体虽有完整的免疫防卫系统,巨细胞病毒仍能形成多种独立机制以逃逸免疫系统的识别。妊娠母体处于特殊的免疫阶段,妊娠期人巨细胞病毒感染的发生和后果与母胎界面的免疫调控及病毒在母胎界面的免疫逃逸有密切相关。 Human cytomegalovirus(HCMV) co-evolve with human immune system. Although the human body has an integral immune defending system, HCMV still could escape cognition of human immune system by several independent mechanisms. Pregnancy is a special period. The development and consequence of HCMV infection in pregnancy are correlated closely to maternal immunoregulation and immune escape of HCMV across the maternal-fetal interface.
