摘要 认知功能下降是阿尔茨海默病的前期临床表现,随着人口老化,其发病率逐年增加,且女性多于男性。研究雌激素与认知功能的关系,包括注意、再认识、学习、记忆、语言、逻辑推理、解决问题的能力,其它高级智能及精神运动功能等多个方面的问题。对提高绝经后妇女生殖健康水平及生活质量,指导临床用药有重要的意义。 Cognitive impairment is the protophase clinical manifestation of Alzheimer's disease, and the incidence increases with aging of the people, and the morbidity among the females are much more than that among the males. Therefore, it is of important clinical significance to research relationship between estrogen and cognition, such as attention, recognition, learning, memory, logical thinking, problem-resolving ability, other high grade intelligence and psychomotor functions for enhancing the health level and quality of life of postmenopausal women, and directing the clinical medication.
