女性不孕症与病原微生物感染的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 女性不孕症发生的原因很多。大量研究表明病原微生物感染是女性不孕症的重要原因,其中最主要的病原体是沙眼衣原体和解脲支原体。此外研究还发现结核分支杆菌、偶发分支杆菌、弓形虫、幽门螺旋杆茵等多种病原体也可能引发不孕症。这些病原体引发不孕的机制尚不完全清楚,并且某些病原体缺乏有效的检测方法。因此需要展开相关研究,以期为提高女性不孕症的临床诊治水平提供理论和技术支持。 There are many causes responsible for female infertility. Many studies have showed that the infection of pathogens, especially the infections of ureaplasma urealyticum and chlamydia trachomatis, is one of the most important causes of female infertility. In addition, some researchers found that mycobacterium tuberculosis, mycobacterium fortuitum, toxoplasma and helicobbacter pylori may also be the causes of infertility. However, the mechanisms how these pathogens cause the disease is unclear yet, and there is no effective detection method for some pathogens. Therefore, further studies are needed to provide theoretical and technical support for the diagnosis and treatment of female infertility.
