胰岛素与口服降糖药联合治疗2型糖尿病疗效观察

The Curative Effect of Insulin Combined with Oral Antidiabetic Agents on Type 2 Diabetes

目的:观察2型糖尿病患者用胰岛素与口服降糖药联合治疗的临床效果。方法:将2型糖尿病患者31人,分成两组,其中16人单纯使用胰岛素治疗,15人在胰岛素治疗基础上加用口服降糖药,观察患者的血糖达标时间、低血糖发生率、胰岛素的用量以及住院时间。结果:这两组患者,其血糖达标时间、胰岛素用量以及住院时间差异均有显著性(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:2型糖尿病使用胰岛素治疗的患者在没有禁忌证的情况下,可以考虑加用口服降糖药,以取得更佳的临床治疗效果。

Objective It is to observe the clinical curative effect of insulin combined with oral antidiabetic agents on type 2 diabetes. Methods 31 type 2 diabetes patients were divided into two groups. 16 patients in the group one were treated with insulin only. 15 patients in the group two were treated with insulin combined with oral antidiabetic agents. The time when the blood sugar became normal, the rate of hypoglycemia, insulin dose and the time of hospitalization were observed. Results The time when the blood sugar became normal, insulin dose and the time of hospitalization in the two groups were different obviously. （P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）. Conclusion The patients of type 2 diabetes who were treated with insulin only may be treated with insulin combined with oral antidiabetic agents if the patients have no contra-in- dication. It will take more satisfaction clinical curative effect.
