目的对深圳市宝安区女性流动人口的生殖健康需求及服务现状进行调查，分析和评价女性流动人口的生殖健康需求状况与服务可及性，为完善深圳市宝安区女性流动人口生殖健康体系提供建议。方法为了保证样本具有较好的代表性，采用完全随机抽样与整群抽样相结合的抽样方法，随机抽取街道的600名16～49岁女性流动人口作为调查对象，进行问卷调查。结果女性流动人口迫切需要妇幼保健和避孕知识，渴望得到优质廉价的避孕药具服务；女性流动人口在打工地的生殖健康服务可及性较差；女性流动人口现居住地或单位为她们提供的生殖健康服务缺乏热情性、合理性与科学性。结论建立公平的流动人口管理机制；建立女性流动人口生殖健康服务基金，在女性流动人口生殖健康领域实行医疗保障；建立融于社区的生殖健康服务网络，提高社区生殖健康服务的可及性；加强对未婚女性流动人口的生殖健康宣传和服务的力度。
