摘要
利用极化曲线、电化学阻抗测试、扫描电镜及X射线衍射等方法,研究了镀锌层在污水中的腐蚀行为。试验结果表明:镀锌层在流动污水中的腐蚀速率大于静止污水,有孔镀锌层的腐蚀速率大于无孔的镀锌层;随着时间的增加,镀锌层的极化电阻增大,腐蚀电流减小;腐蚀产物表面是白色锌的氧化物,表层有很小的腐蚀坑。
The corrosion behaviors of hot-dip galvanizing coating were studied by using polarization curve technique, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The corrosion medium was the sewage collected from the city of Zunyi. The corrosion rate of hot-dip galvanizing coating in the flowing sewage was faster than that in the static sewage. The corrosion rate of hot-dip galvanizing coating with a hole was faster than that without a hole. When the time was prolonged, the polarization resistance increased and the corrosion current decreased. There were some white oxides of zinc and some corrosion pits in the surface corrosion products.
