摘要
对加氢裂化高压空冷器管束在运行过程中的腐蚀环境和现状的调查及分析表明,介质中硫、氮含量高是造成空冷器泄漏的主要原因。加强对空冷器物料中的H2S和NH3浓度及流速的定期监测可以有效控制腐蚀,提高设备的可靠性。
The corrosion environment and situations of the high pressure air cooler in a hydrocracking unit were analyzed. High content of sulphur and nitrogen in the oil was the main reason of leakage. The methods of protection were proposed.
