摘要
本实验采用内毒素所致家兔弥散性血管内凝血(DIC)模型,测定外周血白细胞介素8(IL-8)、亚硝酸根/硝酸根离子(NO/NO)水平,补体C5a活性及中性粒细胞(PMN)趋化指数,并观察中药热毒清注射液对上述指标的影响。结果表明:模型组血浆IL-8、NO/NO水平及C5a活性、PMN趋化指数显著升高,其升高水平和组织、器官的损害程度相一致。热毒清组及地塞米松组上述指标均显著降低(P<0.01),病理组织学改变亦轻。提示:IL-8、一氧化氮(NO)参与DIC发病机制,而热毒清抑制炎症反应,防治DIC的作用机理部分是通过调控细胞因子网络而实现的。
Experiments were performed for investigating the effects of Injectio Reduqing(RDQ) on plasma interleukin-8(IL-8),NO2/NO3,complement 5 a(C5a)and polymorphonuclear neufrophilic leukocyte(PMN) Chemotaxis Index(CI) in rabbits with endotoxin-induced disseminated intravascular coagulation(DIC).The results showed that plasma IL-8, NO2/NO3, C 5a and CI levels of PMN increased markedly in model group,which were confirmed pathologically with obvious damage of tissues or organs.While in RDQ group the abov-mentioned parameters and damage of tissues or organs were reduced significantly(P<0.01).The results suggested that the IL-8 and NO might be involved in pathogenesis of endotoxin-induced DIC,and RDQ could be used in preventing or treating DIC through mechanism of regulation of cytokines network.
