嗅鞘细胞移植治疗脊髓炎后遗证的初步报告 被引量:3

摘要 目的:采用嗅鞘细胞移植的方法治疗脊髓炎后遗证,探讨其对损伤神经功能是否有恢复的作用。方法:取4个月以上胚胎嗅球,消化成单个嗅鞘细胞,培养7—12天,然后将其移植到损伤脊髓的上下方。共治疗12例0.5.7年的脊髓炎后遗证患者,患者此前均经过各种方法的治疗。结果:嗅鞘细胞移植后2周-2个月随访,12例患者的神经功能均有改善,且呈持续改善的趋势。结论:嗅鞘细胞移植能够有助于脊髓炎后遗证患者的神经功能恢复。 Objective:To deploy olfactory ensheathing cells (OEC) transplantation treating the sequel of myelitis , and to explore whether it would help to recover the spinal cord function. Methods: Olfactory bulb was got from older 4 months embryo and trypsinizedto be single OECs, which were cultured for 7 - 12 days ,then transplanted OECs into the upper and lower sites between injury and normal spinal cord. 12 patients with the sequel of myelitis were treated half year to seven years after catching the disease and all were given kinds of treatment before this operation. Results: Followed - up between 2 weeks and 2 months after OECs transplantation , all 12 patients recover their spinal cord function . And they present the trend of continuing recovery. Conclusion: OECs transplantation can help patients with sequel of myelitis to recover their spinal cord function.
