Condition of vision recovery in the patients with three kinds of common ophthalmic diseases

目的:了解严重影响视力的3种眼疾的视力康复效果。方法:统计分析118例159眼的白内障、角膜炎、青光眼的视力康复情况。结果:白内障、角膜炎、青光眼的视力康复率分别为44.0%、68.8%、14.7%,白内障、角膜炎的视力康复率无显著性差异(P>0.05);青光眼视力康复率与前两者有显著性差异(P<0.001)。结论:白内障、角膜炎临床疗效好,而青光眼重在早期发现、早期治疗。

Objective：To evaluate the vision recovery of patients with three kinds of ophhalmie diseases inflicting serious damage on patients＇ vision.Methods：The vision recovery rate of 118 patients with cataract keratitis glaucoma was analgsed .Rusults：After treatment, the recovery rates of the patients with three kinds of ophthalmic diseases mentioned above were 44.0%, 68.8% , 14.7%, respectirely the vision recovery rotes of patients had not significant difference among cataract, reratitis （ P 〉 0.05） ; The vision recovery rate of patients with former 2 kinds of diseases was obviously higher than that of later 1 kind of diseases （ P 〈 0.001 ）. Conclusions： There is good clinical therapeutic effecte in the patients with cataract keratitis , It is important to diagnose and treat early in the patients with glaucoma.
