摘要
无时间状语或时态标记汉语句称之为汉语隐性时态句。本文认为这类句子的时间性指代有两种隐性选择,即隐性现在时和隐性过去时。同时,它们遵循选择性限制原则:隐性现在时态必须与其补语同质;隐性过去时态必须与其补语异质。
The aim of this paper is to discuss temporal reference of covert tenses without any time adverbs or tenselike markers. We hold that temporal reference of such sentences can be resolved by selectional restrictions of two empty tenses, i. e. , covert present tense and covert past tense. Covet present tense must select a homogeneous situation as its complement, while covert past tense must select a heterogeneous situation as its complement.
