社会转型和文化转型使文学受到巨大的冲击,表现在文学心态的浮躁、文学观念的弱化和文学理想的丧失;新世纪的文学要走向世界,必须以健康的心态去感知和体验飞速变化的社会生活,以饱满的理想与激情去抒写日新月异的伟大时代。

The transformation of society and culture has produced great impact upon literature, which can find an expression in the impetuousness in literature, the declining concept of literature, and the loss of aspiration for literature. The Chinese literature, to earn itself a place in the world literature, must perceive and capture the rapidly changing social life with a healthy mentality, and describe it with great passion and aspiration.
