摘要
利用金属体积成形软件DEFORM-3D完成了铝型材挤压过程的有限元数值模拟,并对变形体的流速、变形体内应力应变场和温度场等模拟结果进行了分析讨论。通过数值模拟,得到了铝型材挤压过程的压力行程曲线、坯料的变形特征,以及变形体内应力应变场和温度场的分布,并对模具工作带入口处变形体应力、应变和温度的最大变化做出相应的解释。
The deformation process of aluminum profiles is simulated based on the DEFORM -3D software through finite element analysis. The distributions of 3 D stress, strain, velocity, and temperature profiles at all steps are discussed. Then the curves of pressure - stroke, the deformation feature of aluminum blank, and the distributions of 3D stress, strain and temperature profiles in aluminum alloy extrusion processes are obtained. At the same time, the maximum gradient of stress, strain and temperature in the inlet of extrusion die is explained correspondingly.
