本文针对DVD在线租赁服务碟片分配方案与会员满意度的问题，通过数据处理，对网站购买的DVD数量进行确定，使它们尽可能满足会员的期望。 我们对DVD会员的在线定单表格，采用“自上而下选择，不足后补”的原则，建立MATLAB程序进行筛选得出碟片的分配方案。 采用最大概率分配模型进行分配处理，得到购买的DVD的数量一个比较合理的结论。

In order to solve the problem of discs allocation and customers, satisfaction for on - line DVD lease, it＇ snecessary to make sure the range of quantity of DVD discs for a website, by processing those data, to satisfy most customers. For those members on - line, we adapt the rule of “First come first served”and “make up from those approaching if necessary” through MATLAB to get a reasonable allocation scheme. It can get a reasonable quantity for a website by processing maximum probability allocation model.
