摘要
危机公关能为公关工作赢得美誉,但同时它也是公关工作中最难以掌控和把握的。企业遭遇公关危机时的处理方式可能会带来截然不同的结果。本文总结近年来国内外企业在处理公关危机时的种种措施与行为,并阐述了企业在面对公关危机时应具备的基本态度和方法。
Crisis public relations can win fine reputation for the public relations work, but at the same time it is also difficult to control. Different methods to handle crisis may bring entirely different results. By making a conclusion of public relations crisis in domestic and foreign enterprises in recent years, this article elaborates what an enterprise should do when facing public relations crisis.
