近年来学生与高校之间在各种问题上发生纠纷的案件增多,反映出高校在管理制度和学生权益救济制度上存在种种缺陷.本文在论述学生应当享有的权利的基础上,对目前高校保障学生合法权益存在的问题进行分析,并探讨了如何改革和完善高校现存的管理体制和保障大学生合法权益的措施和途径.

There appear more and more legal cases between university students and their schools in many aspects. h reflects the limitations of management systems and ensuring system of the students＇ rights in higher education schools.This article analyzes the limitations in protecting students＇ legal rights in higher education schools at present on the basis of the statement of students＇ legal rights, h also probes into the approaches to reform and promote the higher education schools management systems and the ensuring approaches to protect the students＇ legal rights.
