摘要
以有机硅化合物、嵌段聚醚和脂肪醇为主要原料,研制出一种高效复合缓释消泡剂SD-1。评价了SD-1在OP-10和十二烷基苯磺酸钠水体系中的消泡和抑泡效果,考察了SD-1的抗盐、抗钙、抗温性能以及SD-1在各种钻井液中的消泡作用和对钻井液性能的影响,并进行了现场应用。室内及现场试验结果表明,新型消泡剂SD-1消泡效果好,抑泡作用显著,使用周期长,抗盐、抗钙污染的能力强,抗温性好,适合于多种钻井液体系,且对钻井液性能没有不良影响。
A new type of defoamer with high efficiency,SD-1,is prepared.It mainly consists of organic silicide,block copolyether and fatty alcohol.The deform property and its impact on drilling fluid properties,as well as the influences of temperature and mud pollutants on the efficiency of defoamer are also evaluated.The experiment results and field application show that the defoamer performs well in defoaming property and resistance to temperature and mud pollutants.Meanwhile,the minimal impacts on drilling fluid properties are found.
