摘要
川西新场气田蓬莱镇组气藏储层致密,渗流条件差,所以多数气井必须在投入开发前进行压裂改造。由于压裂增产有效期一般少于3 a,这对提高气藏采收率极为不利。针对这种情况,开展了气井重复压裂工艺技术的理论计算和现场应用研究,现在已经初步形成了一套包括储层评估、重复压裂潜力井优选、重复压裂造缝机理研究、优化重复压裂施工及配套工艺和压后评估为特点的气井重复压裂技术体系。经过现场试验,重复压裂技术可以在川西致密低渗气藏取得较好的效果。该技术有效提高川西地区各气藏的开发水平,同时也为类似的致密碎屑岩气藏开发提供有益的指导。
Gas reservoirs of Penglaizhen Formation belong to tight reservoirs in Xin Chang Gas field of West Sichuan,with seepage flow conditions poor.Most of the gas wells with poor nature productivity have to be fractured to stimulate the productivity.However,the effective period cannot last more than 3 years because of the tight rock characteristics and other reasons,which is disadvantaged to improve gas recovery ratio.Refracturing theory has been applied to tackle this hard nut.This refracturing technology system,which have a good effect on west Sichuan gas fields,and have improved our development level,can provide a direction for refracturing application in other tight gas reservoirs,based on reservoir evaluation,optimization of refract candidate wells,research on refracturing mechanism,optimization of fracturing technology and evaluation after fracturing.
