摘要
采用扩散偶技术测定Nb-Cr-Hf三元系1 473 K的等温截面,借助电子探针微区成分分析方法分析Nb-Cr-Hf三元扩散偶的相区成分,并对其相关系进行研究。研究结果表明:Nb-Cr-Hf三元扩散偶在1 473 K时生成2个扩散层NbCr2和HfCr2,而且未发现三元中间化合物;Nb-Cr-Hf三元系在1 473 K时的等温截面有3个三相区:(Cr)+NbCr2+HfCr2,HfCr2+NbCr2+(Hf,Nb)和(Hf)+(Hf,Nb)+HfCr2。
The isothermal section of Nb-Cr-Hf ternary system at 1 473 K was determined by means of diffusion triple and electron microprobe analysis. The phase relations were studied. The resuits show that two diffusion layers ( NbCr2 and HfCr2) are formed, and no ternary compound is discovered. There are three three-phase regions found in the isothermal section of Nb-Cr-Hf ternary system at 1 473 K, (Cr) + NbCr2 + HfCr2, HfCr2 +NbCr2 + (Hf, Nb) and (Hf) + (Hf, Nb) + HfCr2.
