丹芍汤提高阴虚湿热型慢性肾炎患者红细胞免疫功能的临床研究

Effect of Decoction of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Radix Paeoniae Alba on Increasing Immunity of Erythrocyte in Chronic Nephritis Patients with Deficiency of Yin and Damp-heat

阴虚湿热型慢性肾炎患者红细胞免疫功能较正常人明显偏低,通过40例患者与31例正常献血员相比较,P<0.01。40例患者经用丹芍汤加减治疗3个月后红细胞免疫功能明显改善,治疗前后对比 P<0.05,说明中药丹芍汤具有提高阴虚湿热型慢性肾炎患者红细胞免疫功能的作用。

The level of immunity of erythrocyte in chronic nephritis patients is much lower than that in normal people (P<0.01),as was confirmed by comparison of 40 patients with 31 normal people.After 3 month treatment with Decoction of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Radix Paeoniae Alba,the erythrocyte immunity in the 40 pa- tients were markedly improved with marked difference before and after treatment(P<0.05).This suggests that this decoction has the effect of increasing immunity of erythrocyte in chronic nephritis patients with deficiency of yin and damp-heat.
