衡钢钢中显微夹杂物分布特征在流程中变化的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 研究衡阳钢管厂LF10-LF,VD,中包、铸坯、轧管各工序夹杂物数量变化和粒径分布情况,探讨显微夹杂物在圆铸坯径向截面的分布以及钢管沿横向和纵向数目变化,并对其进行了分析。结果表明,在总体上钢中单位面积上夹杂物数量较高,以小于10μm的显微夹杂为主;铸坯中心附近处显微夹杂最多,下边缘部位显微夹杂最少。 The quantitative change and particle diameter distribution of inclusions in steel are studied during the processes of LF10-LF-VD-tundish-casting blank-tube rolling in Hengyang Pipe Factory. The distrib.ution of micro-inclusions in round casting blank diameter section and the quantitative change in the steel tube along lateral and longitudinal directions are discussed. The results show that : the amount of micro-inclusions in unit area is higher in finished productions; the size of micro-inclusions is mainly below 10μm; the micro-inclusions near the centre of the casting blocks are much more than any other areas and the least in the down edge.
