摘要
针对CSP连铸生产状况,采用商业软件PHOENICS对其建立三维数值模型。在三种不同浸入式水口条件下,计算了结晶器内流场、温度场以及高拉速对流场与温度场的影响。其结果可为CSP连铸水口及其工艺参数的优化提供理论依据。
In view of the state of production of CSP continuous casting, a 3-dimensional numerical simulation has been formulated with the commercial software PHOENICS, to describe the flow field and temperature field under three different submerged entry nozzles (SEN) and to analyze the influence of high casting speed on the two fields. The results lay a strong foundation for further optimization of SEN and casting parameters.
