Immune Effect of Gandujing(肝毒净)on Mice

肝毒净能显著增加小鼠脾脏指数、胸腺指数及空斑形成细胞(PFC)数,增强 SRBC 致敏小鼠抗体的生成,提高小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬百分数和吞噬指数,并能促进植物血凝素(PHA)诱导小鼠淋巴细胞的转化,提示肝毒净具有提高小鼠免疫功能的作用。

Gandujing can markedly increase spleen index,thymus index and the number of PFC,promote the formation of antibody in mice sensitized by SRBC,enhance the phagocytic function of macrophage in mice and facilitate changes of the mice lymphocyte induced by PHA,suggesting that Gandujing has the effect of increasing immuni- ty in the body.
