组织多普勒显像指导心脏再同步化治疗 被引量：3

摘要 心脏再同步化治疗（CRT）是治疗顽固性心力衰竭的有效手段，但仍有20％～30％对此无反应，影响因素主要有病例选择、左室电极位置以及起搏器参数设置等。众多研究表明组织多普勒显像技术能准确反映心室不同步并预测CRT疗效，可用于指导病例选择。同时此技术可指导左室电极定位以及最佳房室间期及室间间期的设置，优化CRT治疗。
