摘要
设计合成了12个未见文献报道的含取代1,3,4-噻二唑的芳甲酰基脲类化合物,所有化合物的结构经IR1、HNMR和元素分析确证。初步生物测试结果表明,部分化合物具有较好的植物生长调节活性。
Twelve new N- [ 5- ( 1 - m- chlorophenoxyethyl )- 1,3,4- thiodiazol-2-yl]-N'-aroyl ureas have been synthesized. Their structures were determined by IR spectra, ^1HNMR and elemental analysis. The biological activity tests showed that some target compounds had a good activity as plant growth regulator.
