摘要
目的比较太原市城区二级及其以上综合医院护理人员工作满意度的差别。方法用Mueller/McCloskey满意度量表(MMSS)对太原市各级医院护理人员872名现场发放调查问卷。结果太原市城区二级及以上综合医院护理人员总体工作满意度水平有差别,其中福利待遇(如工资、假期等)、排班、家庭和工作的平衡、社交机会、专业发展机会的得分有差别。结论太原市城区二级及其以上综合医院护理人员总体工作满意度水平有差别,三级乙等医院护理人员的工作满意度最高。
Objective To compare and analyse work satisfaction among the nurses in general hospitals of grades ≥2 in Taiyuan. Methods A totle of 837 nurses in general hospitals of grades ≥ 2 in Taiyuan were surveyed with MMSS. Results An average MMSS score was different among nunses in different grade general hospitals. Different salary, different scheduling, family/work balmace, different interaction chance and different professional opportunities result in different MMSS scores. Conclusion An average MMSS score is different among nurses in different grade general hospitals.
