摘要
研究了负载于γ-A l2O3上的Fe、Co、N i与Mo形成的双组分过渡金属氧化物上CO对SO2催化还原。考察了不同组分配比、不同反应温度、不同反应物配比以及不同空速下的活性。结果表明,双组分Fe系过渡金属氧化物对CO还原SO2反应具有很好的催化活性,催化活性顺序为CoMoγ/-A l2O3>FeMoγ/-A l2O3>N iMoγ/-A l2O3。配比为w(Co)=15%,w(Mo)=5%时活性最佳,在反应气体配比为m(CO)∶m(SO2)=2∶1,空速为3600mL/(h.g),温度在400℃时,SO2转化率达到最大值74.8%。
Double components of Fe series oxides and molybdenum oxide supported γ-Al2O3 were prepared by impregnation, and were used in the catalytic reduction of SO2 by CO. Result showed that the catalysts were excellent for the reduction of SO2. The activity order were CoMo/γ-Al2O3〉 FeMo/γ-Al2O3〉 NiMo/γ-Al2O3 , and the conversion of SO2 reach 74.8% when the ratio of Co to Mo was 15% to 5% and ratio of CO to SO2 was 2: 1, with feed rate of 3 600 ml/ h·g and reaction at 400℃.
