摘要 目的研究Baker-Venkataraman的二次重排反应。方法以间三羟基苯乙酮为原料,通过Baker-Venkataraman重排法制备白杨素,同时还得到二次重排产物二苯甲酰基甲烷,采用IR,1HNMR,13C NMR,元素分析和X-射线单晶衍射法等方法对白杨素和二苯甲酰基甲烷进行了表征。结果二苯甲酰基甲烷是三羟基苯乙酮苯甲酰化物的二次重排产物。结论三羟基苯乙酮苯甲酰化物在碱性条件下可发生Baker-Venkataraman二次重排反应。 Aim To study the twice Baker-Venkataraman rearrangement. Methods m-Trihydroxyacetopnenone as leading compound, chrysin was obtained by Baker-Venkataraman rearrangement. Dibenzoylmethane was obtained through twice rearrangement simultaneously. The compounds were characterized by the method of IR, ^1 H NMR, el- emental analysis and X-ray single crystal diffraction. Results Dibenzoylmethane is the product of twice Baker- Venkataraman rearrangement. Conclusion m-Tribenzoyloxyacetophenone could occur in twice Baker-Venkatara- man rearrangement under alkaline condition.
