陕西省自然保护区建设现状及其对策研究

A study on Shaanxi nature reserve construction,present situation and strategy

目的为加快陕西省自然保护区建设步伐,并提高其管理水平提供科学决策依据。方法通过专项调查和分析研究,对陕西省自然保护区建设情况进行评价。结果陕西省自然保护区建设经历了4个发展阶段,存在4方面的主要问题,提出了4条应对策略。结论陕西省自然保护区建设虽有长足发展,但问题与困难也不容忽视。因此,应建立健全政策法规体系,加大投入力度,全面提高管理水平。

Aim To offer scientific decision for accelerating steps of Shaanxi nature reserve construction and improve management. Methods Through particular investigation and analytical study, evaluate the Shaanxi nature reserve constuction. Results Shaanxi nature reserve has undergone four steps,is confronted with four kinds of questions, and four strategies. Conclusion Shaanxi nature reserve develops fast after reform and opening, now the questions and difficulty are the same, so it isnecessary to establish and enact laws and rules system, increase management level.
