城市休闲功能区建设的影响——以西安曲江新区为例

Impacts of leisure function district in city:A case study in Qujiang area in Xi′an

目的通过西安曲江新区建设的实证分析,探讨中国城市休闲功能区的建设特点及其影响。方法采用实地调查和文献考证的方法。结果①注意城市经济的整体发展;②要有专项基金用于当地居民的就业培训;③注意延续城市的文脉,保留鲜明的地方特色;④加强对政府相关政策的研究;⑤密切跟踪房地产市场的变化等。结论城市休闲功能区的建设能有力改善城市环境,提升城市形象,是中国城市建设中不容忽视的一个方面。

Aim To discuss the impacts of leisure function and analyze its features in Qujiang. Methods Analyzing and investigating on the spot and literatures. Results Several problems should be noted in the leisure district in city： the whole economic development in city; investment in providing appropriate training for the city residents; keeping vivid sense of place; study of government policy; change of the property market in the region. Conclusion The urban circumstance is improved and the image of city is upgraded by the project, it will be a trend for urban construction in our country.
