A comprehensive analysis of reports concerning complications happened in the application of MEBO

目的：探讨近年来报道的有关湿润烧伤膏并发症的原因。方法：通过对近十年来湿润烧伤膏并发症的报道进行总结,分析报道中湿润烧伤膏产生并发症的原因。结果：绝大多数报道的并发症并非由湿性医疗技术及湿润烧伤膏所致,而是由于医生或患者没有系统且规范地掌握烧伤湿性医疗技术,对烧伤创面处理不当所致。结论：湿润烧伤膏是一种药物,烧伤湿性医疗技术是一种治疗技术,需要专门技术人员进行操作,才会达到理想的临床疗效。

Objective： To explore the causes of complications in the application of MEBO, reported in the past years. Method： Reports concerning complications happened in the application of MEBO in the past 10 years were summarized and the causes of complications were analyzed. Result： Most of the complications were not related to MEBO. The complications were caused by mistakes of the doctors or the patients. They didnt systematically grasp the standardized technique of MEBT and didnt treat the wounds in a proper way. Conclusion： MEBO is a drug and MEBT is a medical technique. Specially trained medical workers are needed to apply it in a standardized way, so as to achieve good therapeutic effect.
