台湾短低温桃品种种性研究

Study on Specific Characteristic of Taiwan Short-low-temperature Peach Varieties

2000年引进台湾4个短低温桃品种进行了种性研究,结果表明:供试品种需冷量少,坐果率极高,丰产性好,抗病性强,适合在闽东、中、南高湿多湿区域栽培,但其品质与市场要求存在一定差距,莺歌桃风味偏酸,台脆桃、福寿桃、甜蜜桃果实偏小,暂不适宜大规模发展。

The study, which has been made on the 4 varieties of short- low- temperature peach from Taiwan, show that the tested varieties demand little cooling, have high fruit set rate, fertility and strong disease resistance, and are suited to grow in the east, middle and south of Fujian province where heat and humidity are high. However, there still exists a gap between their quality and the market demand. The Yingge peach tastes meta - acid, the Taicui peach, Fushou peach and Tianmi peach are small in the size of fruit. In these cases, these peaches are not worth planting on large scale in the future.
