胫骨癌痛模型大鼠脊髓信号传导子与转录激活子STAT3的表达 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察胫骨癌痛模型大鼠脊髓STAT3的表达,探讨其与星形胶质细胞的关系。方法选择雌性SD大鼠20只,随机分为2组:模型组(n=10),为左侧胫骨上段骨髓腔注入3μlMADB-106大鼠乳腺癌细胞(4.8×109/L);对照组(n=10),为左侧胫骨上段骨髓腔注入3μlHank液。第14天,采用免疫组织化学方法和荧光双标法观察骨癌痛模型大鼠患侧腰段脊髓STAT3和GFAP免疫反应阳性产物的变化和关系。结果左侧胫骨上段骨髓腔注入癌细胞后第14天,骨癌痛模型大鼠患侧脊髓STAT3、GFAP免疫反应阳性产物表达明显增加(P<0.05);荧光双标免疫组化显示患侧脊髓STAT3与星形胶质细胞标志物GFAP有共表达。结论胫骨癌痛敏的产生和维持与脊髓STAT3的表达上调相关,脊髓星形胶质细胞可能通过JAK/STAT3信号通路参与骨癌痛的发生和发展。
