摘要
研究了低温(小于120K)环境下温度电测量的若干具体问题(传感器安装、漏热损失、热沉等),设计了基于单片机技术的低温温度测量仪器,温度测量范围10-300K,测量误差小于0.1K.
The low temperature measurement is very important in the research and application of superconducting technology. Some problems, such as heat, loss and equipment of temperature sensor, are investigated in this paper. A new and high accuracy cryogenic thermometer is designed with the range of temperature between 10 K and 300 K and the relative error less than 0.1 K.
