胆结石豚鼠胆囊细胞[Ca^(2+)]i的变化与疏肝利胆方药对其的促释放作用 被引量:2

Change of [Ca^(2+)]I in Gallbladder Cells of Guinea Pigs with Gallstone and Its Releasing by Chinese Drugs and Recipe for Dispersing Stragnated Liver Qi and Promoting Bile Secretion

摘要 Objective:Observe the change of [Ca2+]i in gallbladder cells of guinea pigs with gallstone to study the mechanisms of gallstones formation and the preyention and treatment function of Dispersing Stagnated Liver Qi and Promoting Bile Secretion(DSPB) drugs.Methods:The guinea pigs were randomly divided into 4 groups,such as normal control group,model group,DSPB Chinese drugs group and ursodesoxycholic acid(UDCA) group.The guinea pigs of the latter 3 groups were induced gallstones by gallstonegenic feed,while the corresponding medicines were used in DSPB Chinese drugs group and UDCA group for prevention and treatment for 7 weeks.Then the state of the guinea pigs,the formation of gallstone,and the change of [Ca2+]i in gallbladder cells were observed.Results:The content of [Ca2+]i in gallbladder cells of guinea pigs in model group was decreased significantly.DSPB drugs improved the behavioral signs of the guinea pigs,significantly decreased the formative rate of gallstone and increased the content of [Ca2+]i in gallbladder cells.Conclusion:The content of [Ca2+]i in gallbladder cells is the important factor for contractile function of gallbladder and the information of gallstones.DSPB drugs may significantly increase the content of [Ca2+]i in gallbladder cells to facilitate contraction of smooth muscle cell of gallbladder and relieve the cholestatis.It may be one of the mechanisms of DSPB drugs on cholelithiasis.
