摘要
文章从制度层面入手,对制度创新与中小企业创业行为和创业环境优化之间的逻辑关系进行整合,分析了制约我国中小企业创业的制度性因素,并提出优化中小企业创业环境的制度创新对策。
On the base of system analysis, this article coordinates the logical relations between system innovation, medium and smallsized enterprise＇s entrepreneurial behavior and entrepreneurial enviroument. According to the analysis of system factors which have restricted impacts on medium and small-sized enterprise＇s entrepreneurial behavior, this article puts forward several system innovation countermeasures to optimize the medium and small-sized enterprise＇s entrepreneurial environment.
