On the Regionality and Internationalization of Intellectual Property——Based On 《Paris Convention for The Protection of Industrial Property》

地域性特征是知识产权的固有属性之一,但知识产权保护的国际化和全球化已经成为一种趋势和时代潮流,两者之间不是矛盾对立的关系。知识产权的国际化并不是取消地域性,而是对各国不同的知识产权制度加以必要的协调。《保护工业产权巴黎公约》是知识产权国际化保护的第一个产物,是知识产权法的《共产党宣言》。

One of the most intrinsic characters of Intellectual Property is regionality. However, internationalization and globalization in the protection of intellectual property have become a trend nowdays. Regionality and internationalization are not contrary, internationalization and glohalization will not cancel the regionality, but to harmonize different protective systems. 《Paris Convention for The Protection of Industrial Property》first internationalize the protection of intellectual property, it is the 《MANIFESTO OF THE COMMUNIST PARTY》 for the protection of intellectual property.
